Donkey Republic is a global bike share service founded in Copenhagen in 2015 with the aim of improving urban transportation by making shared bicycles accessible to everyone. We have built an innovative and sustainable business and technology, driven by convenience, reliability and affordability.

At Donkey Republic, we believe bike-sharing provides access to safe, affordable, and sustainable transport for all. We joined the Cycling Embassy of Denmark to help promote bicycles as the default transport choice for cities and citizens. As a responsible and experienced eco-mobility provider, we have been working with cities and governments since our inception. Our systems, from virtual locations to Shepherds, have been designed to create greener, healthier, and smarter cities. We’re committed to SDG 11 and 17.
